The HEI that has a contract with AC ZSVTS about the EUR-ACE® audit is entitled to file written

Complaint against the statements in the audit report, the way of executing the audit, unethical behaviour of the auditors, or other issues.

Appeal against the final decision "fail" which means that the study program will not be awarded EUR-ACE® label

Complaints and appeals are handled by the AC ZSVTS Commission for Complaints and Appeals which has power to investigate the complaints and appeals, report results of the investigation and propose and negotiate solution with the client HEI. The final solution is subject to approval by the AC ZSVTS Council.
